Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using ALIENDISTRICT51 Agentic Command ("Agentic Command"), or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Agentic Command or this website.

2. Development stage

Agentic Command is under active, incremental development and should be considered alpha/development-stage software. Features, behavior, and data structures may change between releases, and functionality described on this site reflects the current state of development rather than a finished, static product.

3. Intended use

Agentic Command is intended for individual, local use by a person managing their own projects, documents, and — where explicitly connected — their own Google account data. It is not offered as a hosted, multi-tenant, or public SaaS service.

4. Responsibility for connected accounts

If you connect a third-party account (such as Google) to Agentic Command, you are responsible for that account, for reviewing the permissions you grant, and for the consequences of actions you approve through the application. You should only connect accounts you are authorized to use.

5. Authorization and approvals

Agentic Command is designed so that consequential external actions — such as sending an email or creating a calendar event — require your explicit, specific approval before they are carried out. You are responsible for reviewing what you are approving before granting that approval.

6. Third-party services

Agentic Command may optionally interoperate with third-party services, including Google services (Gmail, Google Calendar). Your use of those services remains subject to the applicable third party's own terms and policies. ALIENDISTRICT51 does not control, and is not responsible for, the availability or behavior of third-party services.

7. Google services

Use of Google integrations is optional and requires your own Google account in good standing. ALIENDISTRICT51 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. "Google," "Gmail," and "Google Calendar" are trademarks of Google LLC, referenced here only to describe interoperability.

8. Intellectual property

The ALIENDISTRICT51 and AD51 names, and the Agentic Command software and this website's original content, are the property of ALIENDISTRICT51. You may not copy, redistribute, or represent this software or website as your own without permission.

9. Prohibited misuse

You may not use Agentic Command or this website to: violate applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data that are not your own; interfere with or disrupt the software's security or permission controls; or use connected third-party integrations for spam, harassment, or abuse.

10. Availability

Agentic Command runs locally and its availability depends on your own device and environment. This website is provided as a static informational resource and may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or hosting reasons outside our control.

11. Warranty disclaimer

Agentic Command and this website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. As development-stage software, no guarantee is made that any specific feature is complete, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALIENDISTRICT51 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of Agentic Command or this website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Termination and disconnection

You may stop using Agentic Command, or disconnect any third-party integration, at any time. We may discontinue, modify, or restrict features of Agentic Command as it continues through development.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service as Agentic Command evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
